You can use asterisk too. Open the DOS preferences editor and tick "Allow asterisk in pattern matching". After that both #? and * work the same way.

Great little tool does what it says on the tin, would be good to see it come as a standard OS feature in someway. The only recommendation I can make is that it could easily be expanded to accept an asterisk, its common place elsewhere so lets embrace it.

I've created a poll for new features. You can vote for your favourite feature. The most wanted feature will be added to the next version.

So to understand. Looking forward to see what future versions will support.

Two screenshots uploaded.

The standard Amiga wild cards are not supported at the moment, which might be confusing. An icon is selected when its name contains the string you have entered.

Ok, i found out what it does and it's interesting, alright. Might be useful :) Thanks! :)

Done exactly the way the documentation says, and i'm sure it might be interesting, but don't know what this thing is suppose to do. When clicking F1 to write in a word for the search pattern and click enter, nothing really happens. Can you upload a screenshot and give a better explanation of what this tool is suppose to do? Otherwise, keep up the good work.
