AZtree is destined to be put in c: catalogue and to be used
only in shell. This program lists in the shell console the
tree of subdirectories optionally with files, starting from
the given catalogue.

Template of this program is as follows:
    PATH,FILES/S,NOINFO/S,NOCOLOR/S,DIRLAST/S

When run without any option, AZtree prints to the console
tree of subdirectories without filenames starting from
current directory of the shell. Branches of the tree are
colourized and directory names are printed in bold style.
Directory names and filenames are sorted in increased order
in it's categories. Filenames are preceded by directory names.

Parameters:

PATH - program prints out the tree for given catalogue

FILES - program prints out tree of subdirectories with
        filenames; after finish it gives
        the statistics of usage

NOINFO - omitting filenames with ".info" extension
while printing the tree; that files (icon files)
are still taken into consideration in statistics

NOCOLOR - program prints out the tree in plain style

DIRLAST - reversing the order of printing of directory names
and filenames; directory names are preceded by
          filenames

History:

v 1.0 - first release
v 1.1 - improved statistics of usage (now prints GB too),
correctly counts total value of usage,
removed minor bug related to directory path handling,
own short startup code replaced by standard one,
        compiled with gcc 4.0.2
