This is a very early beta version of my new program CompressionOS4. 
This is not a new lha or zip, no it is a pdf-generator which is nearly working
with WYSIWYG.
You can create pdf's in a very easy way.
This is a very early release, but i think it is in a state that it is possible
to create useful pdf's.
Give it a try and send me your wishes for later version
of this program. Contact information you find in the manual.
If you have also the program ArtEffect4, you can also use the ARexx-scripts to
manipulate picture before they insert into Compression-pages.
Sorry manual at this time only in german, but the source of the manual is in the
Examples directory, maybe someone translate it.

Attention!
In this state Compression needs the programs zip and unzip in C: to work. you
find them in the aminet!

Changes since V0.50
- Now also PPaint7 is supported with ARexx
- Only in the size changeable objects have two marker
- If you leave the page when size an object, the old 
  size will be recovered
- Correct an error in the lasso-function
- If you move an object and leave the page, the old 
  position will be recovered.
- If you have multiple objects moved, every object will 
  be deleted what is leaving the page
- If you move objects and leave the page, all positions
  will be reset to original position.
- Little frame around the page.

Changes since V0.40:
- Correction of sometimes wrong headlinelist.
- Now the correct tab is shown by clicking on headlinelist.
- First global configmenue implemented.
- Implement garbage collection for delete unnessary files.
- Now links to PDF-pages and WEB-sites are possible.
- Correct an error in setting the correct font.
- Correct an error while copying headlines.
- minor correction and optimization.

Changes since V0.30:
- Catch another two error codes in pdf-generation
- Now compression shows you a messages when dest. can not overwrite
- Now there is a new chooser to select the sequence of 12 page to you want to
edit
  (to allow more pages to select)
- Remove wrong status-messages
- Refresh now Content-display, when remove or add pages
- Remove style-names from the font-name.
- Add ToolType for default PDF-directory.
- Correct some problems of the GUI with the DEL-key.
- Rewrite the font-handling to use TrueType informations.
- Better WYSIWYG.
- Speedup again pdf-generation.

Dies ist eine sehr frühe Beta-Version meines 
Programm CompressionOS4. Die ist kein neues Pack-programm wie lha oder zip, nein
es ist ein PDF-Generator, der es fast ermöglicht mit WYSIWYG auf einfache Art
und Weise PDF's zu erstellen.
Wie gesagt, es ist noch eine sehr frühe Version, es ist damit aber schon möglich
sinnvolle Dateien zu erstellen.
Gebt den Programm eine Chance und lasst mir eure Wünsche für spätere Versionen
zukommen. Kontakt-daten findet Ihr im Handbuch.
Wenn Ihr auch das Programm ArtEffect4 besitzt, könnt Ihr die
Bildmaipulationsmöglichkeiten der ARexx-Skripte nutzen, bevor ein Bild in der
Compression-Seite eingefügt wird.

Änderungen seit V0.50
- Nun wird auch PPaint7 mit ARexx Skripten unterstützt.
- Nur noch in der Größe veränderbare Objekte haben zwei Griffpunkte 
  zur Markierung.
- Werden beim Verändern der Größe die Seiten verlassen, so wird der 
  alte Zustand wieder hergestellt.
- Fehler in der Lasso-Fkt. korrigiert.
- Elemente werden beim verschieben aus der Seite gelöscht.
- Verlässt die Mausspitze beim verschieben die Seite, so wird auch

- Korrektur der fehlerhaften Überschriftenliste.

- Seiten- und WEB-Links eingeführt.
- Fehler bei der Zeichensatzbestimmung behoben.
- Fehler beim kopieren von Überschriften korrigiert.
- weitere kleinere Korrekturen und Optimierungen.

Änderungen seit V0.30:
- Zwei weitere Fehlerkodes abgefangen in PDF-Generierung.
- Meckert nun, wenn PDF-Datei nicht überschrieben werden kann.
- Nun werden immer nur 12 Seiten angezeigt und ein Chooser bestimmt den Bereich.
- Fehlerhafte Statusanzeigen entfernt.
- Fehlende Aktualisierung des Inhaltsverzeichnis beim zufügen oder entfernen
von Seiten.
- Bei Auswahl eines Schriftenstils wird nun nicht mehr der Stil auch im
Zeichensatz angezeigt.
- Neues ToolType PDFPath für Standardzieverzeichnis der PDF's.
- Fehlverhalten des GUI beim löschen mit der DEL-Taste korrigiert.
- Neue Zeichensatzverwaltung. Benutzt nun die Information der TrueType
Zeichensätze.
- Verbessertes WYSIWYG.
- Nochmals optimierte PDF-Generierung

Änderungen seit V0.20:
- Korrigiert ein Layoutproblem beim Blocksatz.
- Beschleunigtes und Optimierte PDF-Erstellung.
- Bemerkt nun auch Änderung einer Überschrift
  und warnt beim Schliessen des Projektes.
- Optimierte Rechtschreibkontrolle, nun ist auch
  die Ergänzung des Wörterbuch vorgesehen.
  Die Anzahl der Rückfragen wurde minimiert.
- Korrigiertes und ergänztes Handbuch.
