well, he speaks (almost) no english iirc. so it is hard for him to do an english text. here is a qick translation:

I wrote this program because handling with electronic components is one of my hobbies.
It is always annoying if you need a resistor and have to go through a color code table (which you cannot find if you need it) to find the correct one.
I don't know about localization of porgrams on amiga thus it is only available in german. If an English Version is desired, I would even do it directly without localization.

Note to uploader: Please specify an english text for the readme text field. Most of our users do not know german. It's fine to have both a german and an english part if you wish.
