CSTA-Tester for all Plattforms written in Hollywood.

Betaversion, not all implemented yet.
To debug connections to pbx-switchs via CSTA-III V4 ASN.1 decoded.
First tool that allows CTI from Amiga, but this is not the mainfunction.
replacing archive 0.7a, same version, but there was a problem to run on os4
and include the needed Font in executable now.
