OS4 port of Ghouls 'n' Ghosts Remix, using the Allegro games library.  Note that
this is for running from the CLI only.

Unfortunately it was not possible to maintain compatibility with the original
version of Allegro, so I had to recompile  this game.  If you played the
original and have downloaded a later version of Allegro, please download this to
avoid a C++ related crash.

On the positive side, this is compiled with a later source release, so there are
extra special effects and an extra level to play!
