Ok, thanks for report, did you have the same problems also with the OS4 version availible on Aminet ?
I ask because the new version on OS4Depot is compiled with O0" (no optimizations) instead of O2 CFLAG

Tryed: just run the game, all works, menu works, music plays, then press "esc", and have DSI on exit, with 80000003 alert. The same if i just choice "quit". Stack trace of debug version point on stop_sounds() function.

But game itself works fine, and pretty nice one.

Cool game. Thanks. By level 4 my hand was tired of playing it. I got to level 9
and then I got sick of it! It seemed that by that stage after loosing all my
lives they turned out to be infinite! I kept coming back!

Runs faster on RTG than AGA? LOL! An A500 couldn't run it. :-?

Okay I looked at the sources for AmiArcadia, it should be doable, however there
is one part that is written in 68k ASM to control the joystick and I don't know
68k ASM so I can't do it.
The same version than the one that was ported to MOS (v4.86 IIRC) is however
possible to port because there was no asm part at that time. I'll try to contact
the author to see if we could work out together a way to have joystick in pure
C.

You can find the sourcecode inside the main archive, aniway personally i don't
know if it is portable easy, but there is also an old MorphOS release (AKA 4.81
that works ok)

I don't know I never looked at it. Koules was really an easy port, I just had to
add some OS4 specific things to the source to make it work.
