This shell command will list all current clusters in the CAMD system (much like
"showclusters" from camdtools), but it will automatically re-list after every
change. This is intended to be left running in an open shell, so you can see
changes to the CAMD system without needing to refresh the list.

The program can be terminated with Ctrl-C.

Source is included, which is a pretty simple example of how to write tools for
MIDI work.
